Dear Classmates:
Happy
New Year to one and all! Hard to believe that in less than 5 months I
will be back at Princeton ready to celebrate the 40th anniversary of our
matriculation. Crazy how time flies. In so many ways it seems like I
roamed the campus yesterday and in others it seems like a lifetime ago.
We
come back for the camaraderie and the party, yet we also return for
what drew us to Princeton in the first place – a thirst for knowledge
and to encounter new ideas. What better way to continue that pursuit
then by attending Alumni-Faculty Forums. Faculty, classmates and fellow
graduates share their insights and ideas on wide-ranging topics. Our
class's three representatives, Diane Edelman, Peggy Russell, and Tony
Rodriguez, have been working with the committee to insure a great
representation of '79ers on the panels. Although the upcoming reunion’s
topics have not been finalized, if those from our 35th are an indication
of what we might find, the most difficult decision of the weekend will
be which forums to attend.
