Dear ‘79ers,
What
an incredible, record-setting 40th it was! 424 classmates and 241
guests gathered in Dod Courtyard for the four days of festivities. As
evidenced by our plentiful and exuberant social media posts this week,
the wonderful family feelings and celebration of the great Class of 1979
continue.
A few brief items right now:
Please, please, please complete your Yearbook essay; and also send photos for your essay. Here is the link
for the essay and essay related photos. The deadline is June 30th and
production of the book will occur during the summer. Every classmate
gets a complimentary one! Don’t you want to be in it?
We also need Reunions photos for the "Reunions Section" of the Yearbook! Send these photos
to "yearbook@princeton79.org" and please send them as attachments to
your email. Also include the names of the people in the photos in the
body of the email. The deadline for these photos is June 30th as well.
Next, please have a look at our Virtual Art Show,
which was curated by classmate Vivian Pyle and shown on Thursday night
of Reunions. It provides clear evidence that classmates have both
excellent functioning left and right brains. The work is beautiful.
Last, but not least: Did you take a fun photo at our ’79 Photo Booth on Saturday night? Search through the digital images here and have a chuckle.
Stay tuned for additional post-Reunions news,
