Hi all! I am pleased to announce an informal ski trip to Park City Utah this March! I
will be reserving a five-bedroom condo in the Pinnacle neighborhood,
near where Bruce and Kathy Petersen live. It is a great location with
the shuttle to Deer Valley and close to Main Street. I found Abode at the Crux. Details: | • | Arr Mar 16, dep Mar 21 | | • | Ikon ski pass gives you Deer Valley and Alta (my favorite and hope we ski one day there) | | • | Preliminary
cost for the condo is $7,000 or $280 per day for either a single or
couple. The price will go down some as others book other rentals through
Abode Property Management. Our contact is Tilly Tilton, 435-565-1555 | | • | I
assume the trip will interest more than 5 classmates plus spouse or
guest. I will make the one reservation and then, as classmates’ express
interest, they can make arrangements on their own. |
There
is some time pressure as rentals are filling fast. I will need to put
50% down on the Crux Unit, so please get back to me asap so I can make
the reservation. Tilly placed the condo on a 24-hour hold, that’s
probably too soon to get commitments but it would be great to lock this
in. A handshake commitment is all that’s needed so I have confidence to
make the deposit – I can collect later. We
can make the Crux our home base, it has a very large living room and we
will be sure to have the ’79 banner there and even fly a flag outside! Should be fun! Phil |
