The first step in creating a User ID and Password is identifying yourself to us. You will do this by completing the form below. Please be sure to enter your Birth Last Name and Date of Birth as they are known by Princeton. The University ID can be found on your PAW label (it seems they have added an extra digit at the end - ignore that, but include the leading zeros for 10 digits - for most classmates this will be 5 zeros followed by 5 digits). All fields are required. If you do not receive PAW in your name (or are outside the US, where the number may not be on your label), supply a Birth Last Name and a Date of Birth and click University ID Unknown and follow the instructions.
