Dear Classmates, Hi,
this is Blair, reporting from the road in Florida. I just had a zoom
with my buddies Henry and Tigerlily. We were looking at our amazing
Class of ’79 45th reunion “yearbook” on the BrightCrowd platform.
Digital yearbooks rock! We
have already broken a record for reunion yearbook participation since
our 25th. Visit the site and see photos and messages from over 100
classmates sharing updates on their lives today and the journey that got
them from Princeton to the present.
The photos are terrific — we have current photos of classmates on
vacation, at weddings, with kids, grandkids and ’79 Family and more, as
well as some terrific Family Classic throwback photos! Sign up and see
for yourself! To get into the BrightCrowd book, either (1) use the link you should have received via email; (2) go to the Class Website, click the 45th Reunion button/logo, scroll to “yearbook”, and click the “Build My Yearbook Page” button; or (3) contact via email
to request a new link. NOTE: once you sign in the first time, you will
get email updates that will take you directly to the book. It’s super
simple from then on. In
addition to seeing all of the other entries, you will receive email
notifications linking you right to the yearbook when there are new
yearbook entries or when a classmate mentions you on their page. You’ll
even being able to email other classmates right from the yearbook.
We were thrilled that there are so many ways to use our ’79 BrightCrowd
yearbook to reconnect before and after the Family Classics festivities
and revisit memories. AND – while you are on the class site,
join the 250+ classmates who are already registered for our spectacular
45th Reunion so you can continue celebrating Family Classics with us,
May 23-26, at the Best Darn Place of All. Early registration has ended, but there is still time to register at a discount until March 31.
Please don’t delay--register now to allow us to better plan our meals
and events, and get you garbed in style for the P-rade. Even if
you (sadly!) can’t attend Reunions in person — and we will miss you so
much if that’s the case — please do visit the site and give us a
yearbook update. Whether
you are attending or not, through the class website you can participate
in our 45th Reunion Service Project by donating books to Our Kids Read
or volunteering to help out with the events we have planned for area
children. Please check it out! That’s
all for me for now — I am off to pack my bags and prepare to catch up
with Maddie, Wit, Henry and Tigerlily on our ’79 class trip to Cuba in
April — but I will looking forward to seeing YOU in May under our big tent in Holder Courtyard! Pugs and kisses, Blair
